Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical storefront, but you can browse and shop our handcrafted natural products online. Each item is made with care in Ottawa, Ontario and available for convenient local pickup.
Do you offer shipping?
We don’t currently offer shipping. All orders are available for local pickup within the Ottawa-Gatineau community. By keeping things local, we’re able to reduce costs, minimize packaging waste, and lower our environmental footprint, allowing us to pass along savings to our customers while caring for our planet and community.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure electronic payments via Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor. Payment methods include:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Visa Debit
- Interac
All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?
We hope you love your Green Goddess purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we will gladly offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for products that are unopened, fully sealed, and in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are always happy to help. We want you to feel good about every Green Goddess experience.
Do you store payment or customer information?
We do not store any payment information. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe. Customers may choose to check out as a guest or create an account for a faster experience next time. We store only the necessary details to fulfill orders and support account holders.
Our e-commerce store is powered by Webador, a secure platform designed for small businesses. We use HTTPS encryption (SSL certificate) and DNSSEC to ensure the safety and authenticity of all website traffic. Protecting your privacy and data is a top priority.
