No, we operate entirely online through our e-commerce store. You can explore and purchase our handcrafted wellness products at thegreengoddess.store.

 

  1. Do you offer shipping?

Currently, we do not offer shipping. We provide free local pick-up in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We are working toward offering Canada-wide shipping in the near future. We are carefully sourcing eco-conscious packaging and researching the most affordable, low-waste shipping options to reflect our sustainability values and keep costs down for our customers.

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely online through Stripe, our trusted payment provider.
We accept credit cards, Visa Debit and other major payment methods accepted by Stripe. We do not accept in-person payments for online orders.

 

  1. Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering. If there's a concern with your order, let us know immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

 

  1. Do you store payment information?

No. We do not store payment information. At checkout, you may choose to create an account, log in or check out as a guest. Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not saved by us.

 

  1. Why don’t most of your products have physical labels?

To reduce waste and promote reuse, we minimize packaging where possible. This keeps our product containers (like candle jars) reusable and helps lower costs - savings we pass on to you. You’ll find full product information - ingredients, directions and storage tips - on our website.

 

  1. Do you offer e-gift cards?

Not yet, but we’re exploring the option! In the meantime, consider one of our beautiful gift sets - thoughtfully curated for any occasion.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?
